A Bunny's Tale
This is PERFECT timing for a story about BUNNIES.
Let me paint a picture in your mind. Last year while visiting with My sister in Tennessee, enjoying a beautiful summer day. We were sitting around a large picnic table, doing nothing in particular.
I was sitting across table from my oldest sister and her fiance. Now I better tell you a little about her fiance we will call him Kenny---for that is his name. ***giggles*** Well Kenny who by the way LOVES to massage my feet anytime I want, I think somehow he has a foot fetish or maybe it's only my feet that he loves.. Now back to the story, we were all sitting around sipping on sweet tea, that's what we do on hot summer weekends in the south. Well NOT really but let's go with that. As we sat sipping tea and telling stories, well Kenny sees a bunny rabbit...yes a cute little bunny. Now are you seeing the significance of my story....Well the bunny rabbit seems to hang out coming back and forth around the side of the house.
Kenny sees the bunny and says to my sister in a very serious COUNTRY DRAW---I think that rabbit must have some eggs hidden around there somewhere. Well even a sweet innocent southern belle like me knows that habits do not lay eggs. Anyway my sister says to Kenny, "Kenny rabbits do not lay eggs". He in turn laughs loudly and replies, "haha, I knew that". Well the funniest part of my story is he did NOT know that bunnies do not lay eggs until that faithful summer weekend.
There is a positive here---Well at least he's still in a learning phase...so if my sister will listen to her little (ME) I bet I can help her teach him to be a good puppy, and he'll be fetching in no time.
Well that's my funny bunny story....and it is a TRUE one. Happy Easter WEEKEND!!!!
